Reporting to this leader will be the clinical sales team, research sales team, product management and downstream marketing.

The Magstim EGI business is split into two clear sectors, offering both medically cleared treatment protocols and research solutions. The leader will ensure 20%+ annual sales growth by accelerating market adoption of non-invasive neuromodulation therapies and market share gains across both sectors.

The VP will focus on operating in a highly competitive market taking advantage of Magstim EGI’s strong brand recognition and fully integrated supply chain. The leader is someone who is energized to build on the existing department by hiring additional sales and marketing professionals.

The leader will show understanding of the unique needs of the clinical and research markets, but have the ability to foster translational relationships between the two and look for synergies across the product portfolios.

The organization recently launched the most advanced rTMS system, the Horizon 3.0 with Stimguide and Magstim Connect. The VA and multiple large multi clinic TMS providers have chosen Magstim EGI because of Magstim EGI’s superior value proposition that focuses on best-in-class technology and a relentless dedication to developing the customer’s practices. Key responsibilities include:

Set annual sales and marketing plan
Define sales force targeting
Manage marketing messages and train sales force
Define convention strategy
Manage KOLs
Develop long range global product plan
Manage US sales force
Develop digital marketing strategy
Collaborate with supply chain on production schedule and inventory levels
Collaborate with Service on technical support
Forecasting

Job requirements:

5+ years medical device experience
Proven Sales track record
Marketing experience, especially digital Marketing
Ideally, experience in mental health
Excellent analytical skills
Able to inspire others
Excellent communications skills
