Your role as Global Product Marketing Manager:
Magstim is a global medical device organization with a focus on TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), a non-invasive neuromodulation technology pioneered by Magstim over 30 years ago.
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to oversee our clinical TMS portfolio used as a breakthrough treatment for major depressive disorder. This role will report directly to the Director TMS Global Marketing.
You will be part of the Magstim organization which includes a global team based in both Plymouth, MN and in our UK headquarters in Whitland Southwest Wales.

We are looking for a TMS Product Marketing Manager who has broad experience in the medical device industry with both upstream and downstream marketing acumen.
You will be responsible for launching our flagship clinical TMS system and managing our clinical, non-invasive neuromodulation product line throughout its lifecycle. We are searching for someone with global experience in commercializing breakthrough medical technologies, and a key influencer with proven ability to integrate voice of customer and lead high-performing cross-functional teams to accelerate development from concept through commercialization.

This position is a hybrid remote and office-based role, based in Plymouth, MN.

Your responsibilities are:
• Developing and executing go-to-marketing strategies to launch our new clinical TMS system in the US and expand into global regions;
• Providing key product messaging, positioning, pricing & warranty;
• Supporting existing product portfolio and manage day-to-day TMS Therapy product line;
• Initiating and championing new product development opportunities and create business cases to support product development and prioritize product roadmap;
• Participating in product stage gating process for clinical TMS product line and guide commercial regions through launch and product lifecycles;
• Collaborating with the Marketing Communications Group to develop customer-focused marketing initiatives and content though multi-channels formats;
• Maintaining competitive assessments and develop strategies and campaigns to increase market share;
• Developing external partnerships to create practice support program for US clinicians;
• Creating awareness campaigns to drive awareness among referral physicians, patients and care givers;
• Building & maintaining strong relationships with KOL’s in the US and ROW;
• Executing market research activities to drive and support business decisions;
• Leading cross-functionally to drive alignment on organizational goals and product strategy;
• Collaborating with US and international sales leaders to reach revenue targets and expand market size and penetration;
• Participating on core team development meetings, representing the voice of customer;
• Presenting to internal stakeholders and customers in 1:1 and group settings.

Experience & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree or MBA) is preferred;
• Minimum of 5 years product management experience in the medical or surgical device industry;
• Experience launching new products in the US and ROW;
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies in the US and ROW;
• Possess overall understanding regarding FDA regulations and other global regulatory compliance entities;
• High level of business acumen and proficiency with pricing and financial modeling;
• Skilled at presenting to internal and external audiences in both formal and informal settings;
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Excel at working within a team as an individual contributor in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
• Ability to engage and influence others to accelerate projects;
• Familiar with digital marketing and SEO analytics;
• Ability to drive focus, prioritization, and effective time/project management;
• Proven ability to work with colleagues to drive consensus on product portfolio decisions;
• Attracted to working in a lean environment without large infrastructure;
• Willingness to travel within the US and globally 30%.
